“MANN YOGA FOUNDATION”

MANN YOGA FOUNDATION founded by GURUSHA SINGH (Expert in yoga) . My sister NEERU CHAUDHARY (supporting us in our journey of mann ). Our main motive to start this journey to work on mind (Chitta). Mann is one of the superficial powers that decide in which emotion life will be.

 We are having 7 years of experience along with us. Now we both sisters want to explore this wonderful journey with you.

We started MANN YOGA FOUNDATION in 2021 December.

 What is Mann?

As per the spiritual tradition of India, Mind is made up of four functions or parts. These are MANAS, CHITTA, AHAMKAR and BUDDHI. These are typically translated as sensory-motor mind, memory bank, ego and intellect respectively.

Mann is one thing that has always fascinated and puzzled us. Whatever we hear, see, smell mind starts thinking , thoughts can be good or bad So, in simply way thoughts is the reason of stress, depression, anxiety and any mental disorders. Too much thinking becomes the case of disease . “Mann is the way to live, A way to rise” .

“Mann Yoga” started to work on “Mann”, through YOGA, MEDITATION, NATUROPATHY, AYURVEDA, All the  way we are highly focused on Mann(Chitta).

Yoga

Yoga is a system of living with sense and science, of the realization of ultimate values and altruistic mission of life. Yoga involves a harmonious order of mind, matter and man.

Yoga is an absolute departure from basic animal tendencies.

Yoga is a state of aloofness from the artificialities of life and relationship. Yoga is the  culture of Today & Tomorrow.

Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit dhatu (base) “YUJ”, which means ‘to join or bind’, ‘to attach’. It also means ‘to direct’ and ‘to concentrate on a particular point of thought’, ‘ to work in full attention of mind and body ‘. it is a true union of ‘Atma’ (Soul) with almighty ‘Parmatma’ (GOD). This union also includes physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual faculties of a human being. Yoking of all the powers of the body, mind and soul of GOD. This means the disciplining of the intellect, the mind, the emotions, the will, that yoga presupposes, it means a poise of the soul which enables one to look at life in all it aspects evenly.

Yoga may also by defined as the science of consciousness, the science of creativity, the science of personality development, the science of cell, and the science of body and mind. Experience depends from person to person in view of varied nature of an individual’s feelings and experiences but one thing is perfectly clear that yoga is always concerned with 3 integrated component of self – body, mind and consciousness. It is an augmentation of fact and life knowledge, gained from experience concerning the fundamental Importance of a constant state of balance.

Meditation

Meditation is not to control your thought process, thoughts are very natural process during meditation or any practice.

When we say Meditation, we need to understand this is not something that you can do, because you can become meditative, you can never do meditation. This is certain quality, If this quality has to blossom within you, if you cultivate your body, if you cultivate your mind, your emotion, your energy and you certain level of preparedness meditation will blossom within you. If you do meditation, anything you do you can not keep it up, Suppose your breath, you are not doing it, it is happening itself. Fortunately all the vital things happening we just have to and enjoy the process of your life. Life not in your hand, breath is not in your hands but you can create a certain atmosphere meditation will blossom within you.
